Welcome to Support Care Recruitment

About

Ethos & Philosophy of Care

Our approach to care for our service users is based on the principle that each person is an individual and is different with particular needs, likes and dislikes. Best care is meeting the expectations of the service user. Care is not about delivery service to meet the role of care worker but is about meeting the need and value of service users offering support where it is needed most.

We care about providing the best possible care that we can, and we strive to deliver it, so it suits you and your preferences. This includes; hiring the best carers, tailoring our training if necessary, encouraging regular feedback and understanding as much as we can about our service users to ensure they are at the heart of their own care.
